Tennals are also able to provide a professional emergency response for breakdowns and safety related works, as well as maintenance call-outs for faults of a non-urgent nature.
Tennals have extensive experience working within the private sector, but we are also familiar with the requirements of Local Authorities within the public sector. We can offer either a scheduled contract arrangement or an ad hoc service in line with your needs. Our typical service package includes periodic gas safety inspection by one of our Gas Safe certified engineers.

All Tennals engineers are Gas Safe certified. We are able to conduct all the regulatory required annual checks and issue landlords gas safety certificates. We can also conduct all reactive maintenance on your domestic gas appliances.
